	Parr: Named for the bright red ID tags labeled "Parr" placed on the animal cages used in Jonathan Parr's experiments into animal/human communication, he collaborated with Dr. Maxwell and conducted the animal testing phase for the synaptic interface trials, using domestic cats (monkey were very hard to get at this point in time.), beyond advancing the experiment to the human testing phase, over time Parr's work created a new sentient cat species, one capable of pseudo-human language.




	Ultra Cunabulam: Latin for: Beyond the Cradle. The calendar established by off-world colonies, based on the writings of Konstantin E. Tsiolkovsky, "The Earth is the cradle of humanity, but one can not live in the cradle forever." Written as uc44.01.01 (the 44th year after the Gararin / Shepard flights of 1961, month, day [AD calendar]). The moon landing would have been a better "year zero", but international politics won out. Alternate is Praeter Cunabulam (PC). Thanks to Kim Kindya.
